Polish food traditions are thriving in Northwest Ohio, where Polish communities were established in the latter half of the 1800s. Although the neighborhoods have dispersed, there is still a strong sense of ethnic identity and community. The Center produced a short video documentary with an accompanying discussion guide about these traditions.
